A Summer of Blooms Subscription
Flower Subscription Policy
1. Pickup Logistics
Designated Day: When you sign up, you will select a recurring pickup day Wednesdays or Saturdays. Your bouquet will be freshly harvested and ready for you at the stand by 9:00 AM and remain available until 6:00 PM. Timeline can be a little flexible if notice is given.
Self-Serve: Subscriber bouquets will be clearly labeled with your name. Please only take the bouquet assigned to you.
2. Missed Pickups & Vacations
Because flowers are a perishable crop, we cannot "hold" bouquets or "roll over" missed weeks to the end of the season.
Send a Friend: If you are on vacation or cannot make your pickup, we highly encourage you to send a friend or neighbor to pick up your flowers! It’s a great way to share the joy.
Donation: Any bouquets not picked up by 6:00pm on your designated day will be donated to ensure no blooms go to waste. No refunds are given for missed pickups.
3. Nature & Weather
Mother Nature is in charge! While we plan for a perfect 12-week season, extreme weather or crop failure may occasionally shift our start or end dates. If this happens, we will communicate with you immediately via email to adjust the schedule.
4. Communication
All subscription updates—including start dates, schedule reminders, and "what's blooming" updates—will be sent via email. Please ensure plymouthpetals@gmail.com is marked as a "safe sender" so you don't miss an update!
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of planning and planting specifically for our subscribers, all subscription sales are final. If you can no longer participate, you are welcome to transfer your remaining weeks to a friend.
